It is not a good idea to consume a big meal just before sleeping either during the day or at night. Your body does not burn up calories in case you are sleeping.They will be stored as fat. The reason the pounds comes back so easily, is because when you deprive yourself of the it needs, it assumes starvation mode, and changes everything you need eat to ugly extra weight. What is the point of dieting if i am just going to gain it all back and more?
